UP: Our Relationship with God

Traditionally, we spend a lot of our time learning about God: facts about Him from the Bible, Bible Studies, Sunday School, Devotionals, etc...; however, in the midst of our traditional ways of learning about God, sometimes, we realize we’ve spent little intentional time with God. We begin with Jesus’ commands that bring us before and with God, loving Him with all we are and above all other things as we surrender our ways to His ways. “Am I pursuing God Himself—or merely going through traditional routines as we (our family/church) has always done?”
