Moses, Snake; Jesus, Cross - Salvation

The great Moses was foreshadowing the greater savior, Jesus Christ. Jesus was the New Moses leading the New Exodus.

We look to Jesus who was raised up on that cross, replacing the serpent of our sins... “just as Moses lifted up the snake in the wilderness, so the Son of Man must be lifted up, that everyone who believes may have eternal life in him.” (Jn 3:14-15)
