Putting verses back in context helps us better understand the author's message and intent. Throughout this series, we are seeing the context of favorite commonly memorized verses and letting the fuller context apply to our lives. The "Interpretative Journey" from Duvall & Hays is helping us see how we can read, study, and apply the Bible in our own lives. We do not have to wait until sundays to hear what God's Word means from the preacher; we can already apply these good practices of interpretation in our own studies as well. So let's see what Phil 4:13 means in context and let that context give us richer meaning in our lives.
